		<description>I have read the Serac case and the Endorois case and I think Africa is on the right track. The Endorois case will really go a long way in people understanding the right to development and the need to protect the rights of indedigenous peoples. However, I will want to see the response by the Kenyan Government before coming to a conculsion.</description>
